Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented professionals to serve as State Business Sales Operations Managers in FCT, Plateau, Enugu, and Oyo States. The ideal candidate will oversee sales and distribution operations, drive growth strategies, manage local teams, and ensure efficient delivery of our clean energy products — including the Happy Stove and other sustainable energy solutions.
Note: Candidates must reside in the state for which they are applying and have a solid understanding of the local market and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute state-level sales strategies for the Happy Stove and clean energy products
- Identify and on-board distributors, retail partners, and community-based agents – Happy Feet
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams and field agents – Happy Circle
- Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and timely delivery to customers
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights
- Foster strategic relationships with local stakeholders, cooperatives, and government agencies
- Ensure alignment with national sales objectives and compliance with operational standards
- Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales operations, distribution management, or FMCG/energy product sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and ability to build strategic partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Passion for clean energy, sustainability, and social impact
